Unfortunately I have been to multiple shops for car repairs in the past and was nervous to take my car in after my last experience elsewhere. I can say without a doubt Classic Collision was the best I have been to yet! From start to finish the communication was clear on what was happening and timelines. Everyone at the shop was very friendly and helpful and my car looked great when returned. I usually don’t look at 5 star reviews because I think they might be written by shills, but I can genuinely say it was a very nice experience. Many good points: prompt - car came back in less than the estimated time. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The repair was excellent. They even cleaned up sap on other parts of my car. They gave me a ride to and from my house.I didn’t check around to see what other repair shops would have charged, so I am not sure about the price. Also, I didn’t go through my insurance.I hope I don’t have to, but definitely would use them again.

We were extremely happy with the service provided by Classic Collision. Even though our insurance was not within their preferred network, they went above and beyond to help us. We received text updates about the repair progress and they used OEM parts for everything. They took the time to explain the repair and process in detail. When the insurance didn't want to pay for a new rim, they proved that Toyota required it and the insurance ended up paying. The car looks like new again, we are super happy and very grateful.

Busy shop with a streamlined process. Appointments are made for the initial estimate, then once approved, an appointment for the work. They kept a very strict schedule with nearly daily updates on progress via text message and when the work was completed. Recommended; they did a great job.

Everything was repaired on time and excellent work. Car returned in spotless condition. Great customer service and work quality! Car (Audi Q5) was repaired like new after rear end collision with a Ford F350 that backed into us. I would use them again, but I hope that won't be necessary.

The level of customer service that I received at Classic Collision was better than anything I have experienced in a very long time. Each step in my repair process was updated along the way. The staff arranged for a rental car for me and gave me a ride to the lot. My vehicle was cleaned inside and out prior to pick-up. The staff truly made this experience as smooth and easy as possible. It took a while to get everything done. From getting the quote, to the back and forth with insurance, to getting the rental. My car looks good though. My name got spelled wrong, so when I came in for my appointment, the person there had a hard time figuring out what was happening. Plus, I requested an 8am appointment to drop the car off, instead of 9am, because my baby naps then. I sat there in the lobby for an hour until the rest of the 9am people came. By the time I got into my rental, the baby was melting. The staff was friendly, but I didn't feel like they had my back.
